On of our hulls NB Joy Louise is on show at Crick Boatshow, stand F48. The shell is by ourselves with fitout by our good friends at Oakcraft Narrowboats.

Mel will be on board ready to answer all your shell and steelwork related questions.

We are presently working on a narrowboat currently known to us as Betty Ⅱ (final name to follow).

Her design is very similar to the original NB Betty, but with a shorter glazed area. The picture shows well the slab‐sided BCN style of hull.

Our next build slot is currently September 2017 or thereabouts. If you've got a narrowboat build project with a proposed start date in the autumn of this year, do get in touch.

As promised earlier, Narrowboat Betty, with its traditional/radical MDBB steelwork is pictured on the cover and receives a full review in the September edition of Canal Boat magazine. Their headline: Glass class.

At the very last minute, we have found time to enter a boat in the Crick Boatshow.

Luckily there was still a space available, so we'd love to see you on NB Betty (Boat F40). The shell is by ourselves with fitout by Oakcraft Narrowboats.

The show runs from Saturday 28th – Monday 30th. Opening times are 10am – 6pm, except for the final day when the show closes at 5pm. Weather forecast is generally good.
